I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur for four nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, being close to the Pavilion shopping precinct and Bukit Bintang, which made getting around really easy. While I did encounter some hiccups with room upgrades and dining that didn't meet my expectations, the attentive staff and comfortable accommodations truly made my stay nice.
